Arc For Dance
Festival

The international contemporary dance festival ARC FOR DANCE FESTIVAL has been organized since 2008 under the artistic direction of Frosso Trousa.

The festival presents a wide range of contemporary choreographic approaches, reaffirming its strong belief in the transformative power of dance and its ongoing dialogue with other art forms. By providing a platform for both emerging and established choreographers from Greece and abroad, the festival aims to bring audiences closer to the language of contemporary dance while strengthening the international presence of Greek choreographers through European and international dance networks.

Alongside its artistic programme, the festival develops an extensive educational strand, including workshops for professional and amateur dancers, as well as educational activities for the school community.

Since 2018, the festival has received the support of the Hellenic State and the European Union through the Operational Programme “Attica 2014–2020”. The ARC FOR DANCE FESTIVAL 2025–2026 is implemented within the framework of the Programme “Attica 2021–2027” and is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and national resources. Throughout the funding period, all festival activities are offered free of charge to audiences and workshop participants.
